5EyesFarm exists in a loop. We rely on partners, offering tours, field- trips and workshops so we can create learning experiences. Part of the focus is to offer free learning experiences in the local community, including creating a library for the village to use. Children, farmers, families – there are 7,000 people living in the immediate village we are in (Situ uncal).
We are grateful to BMS for generously donating books and musical instruments for the library. We hope to build it up and teach some to read, others to read further and learn to learn together.
As we develop and grow we hope to make a sensitive difference in positive ways around the farm. We also hope to train local farmers in certain aspects of what we are doing and help them improve their production.
We are building a library for the local community and for Green-Ed learning. Thank you to those who have donated so generously, especially BMS school who have donated books and musical instruments. We welcome any further donations towards the library and our community outreach.
We are also looking for volunteer teachers and volunteers for helping with the local community. Its a real experience and a great learning opportunity for teachers. Let us know if you are interested in discussing details.
